How It Works
If you have any questions about the status of your order, please understand that it may take us between 5 to 10 working days to process an order. You will receive a tracking number for your orders as soon as it has shipped. Orders will be shipped as soon as possible.

Backorders: we will reach out to you if there is a back order so you can make a substitution or receive a refund for that item. Back ordered items can take 3-4 weeks to arrive back in stock depending on the item.
Due to COVID restrictions there are no guarantees on shipping times, as these can take longer than anticipated, please be patient. Please check your spam folder for updates and tracking information.
We are NOT responsible for stolen or lost items. If you want a guarantee on your package, please select the tracked package option; if the package goes missing we can file a claim for you. If you select the untracked option, there is no insurance on the package and we cannot recover costs or find out what happened to your shipment. As such, it is the buyers own risk once the package has been shipped. If you have a missing package we will try to work with you to resolve the issue as fairly as possible.

If you have a rush order please make a note on check out and we will try to prioritize your package, but that is not a guarantee.

If a product arrives damaged, please let us know and we will offer you a coupon to cover the issue or we will do our best to replace it. Please do send pictures, this helps us greatly.
